Shipping charges / Delivery times
The deadline for the delivery begins with the payment via Advance payment on the day after the bank transfer, with other payment options after the day you ordered and ends with the expiration of the last day of the deadline. If the last day of the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or an official holiday the next business day steps on its place. The delivery time refers to a delivery within Germany, deliveries to the rest of the world may take longer.
Dependent on the Corona pandemic there can be delivery delays, especially to Australia, Canada, Japan, New Zealand and United States of America.
Currently there is no shipping possible to Cayman Islands, Chile, Cuba, Dominica, French Guiana, French Polynesia, Guadeloupe, Honduras, Iran, Libya, Lord-Howe-Insel, Martinique, Mauritius, Myanmar, New Caledonia, New Zealand external territories, Nicaragua, Puerto Rico, Réunion, Syria, Tasmania, Trinidad and Tobago, Turkmenistan, Yemen.
When you order different product types we might send your order in multiple packages, because it is less expensive. The table below is only a guidance, we suggest you let the shipping costs for your products and country get calculated in the shopping cart.
Possible customs fees are paid by the buyer, our packages contain a customs declaration. Please inform yourself about possible customs fees in your area when receiving packages from Germany in your country.
